Filipino swimmer Remedy Rule turned heads at the SEA Championships after clocking a personal best in the 200m freestyle, putting her firmly on the radar for the 2026 Asian Games selection pool.
The 19-year-old from Cebu has been training under a new regimen introduced by national coach Ramon Solis, focusing on underwater dolphin kicks and start reaction time. Her 400m IM timing has also improved by nearly four seconds over the past six months.
Rule is expected to compete in three individual events at the upcoming invitational in Singapore, where she will test her form against regional rivals ahead of the SEA Games cycle.
