The Philippine Bowling Federation has announced a three-day training camp in Quezon City ahead of the Asian Bowling Championship, with 12 national team members selected to compete across singles and team events.
Head coach Benny Ang confirmed that the camp will focus on spare shooting consistency and mental conditioning, two areas where the team dropped points during last year’s qualifiers. He said the talent is there and this time the discipline will match it.
The squad includes reigning national champion Bianca Santos and veterans Rommel Cruz and Leo Fabriga, who between them have accumulated six Asian Championship medals. The final roster will be announced after the camp concludes.
